Acclaimed actor Michael Shannon is again swapping the screen for the stage, announcing a new Michael Shannon tour 2026. He reunites with indie rock veteran Jason Narducy for the R.E.M. Lifes Rich Pageant 40th Anniversary Tour. They'll be backed by their "Friends" band, featuring Jon Wurster, John Stirratt, Dag Juhlin, and Vijay Tellis-Nayak. This U.S. tour celebrates the 40th anniversary of the iconic 1986 record, which the group will perform in its entirety. The tour kicks off on February 11, 2026, in Denver, with dates planned for Seattle, Los Angeles, Austin, Washington D.C., and Brooklyn. Before the U.S. dates, Michael Shannon & Jason Narducy will also appear at the Wilco's Sky Blue Sky festival in Mexico in mid-January.
